Interim Management Accountant | Twickenham (4 Days in the Office) | Ongoing Temporary Assignment | Competitive Day Rate

Looking for your next interim assignment where you can make an immediate impact? We're exclusively supporting a growing international business that's looking to appoint an experienced Interim Management Accountant to join its finance team on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a broad, hands-on role offering excellent exposure across a multi-entity European business, where you'll work closely with the European Financial Controller and partner with operational and commercial teams to support business performance and strategic decision-making.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional month-end accounting role. You'll take ownership of management accounts, financial reporting and business partnering across multiple European entities, whilst helping to improve processes, strengthen financial controls and provide meaningful commercial insight. It's an ideal opportunity for an experienced contractor who enjoys adding value quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
