Management Accountant
Location: London
Salary: Up to £68,000 + Bonus

The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of management reporting and financial analysis while acting as a key business partner across multiple departments.

- Leading the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts.
- Producing and analysing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring robust financial controls.
- Preparing board-level reporting and performance analysis.
- Partnering with operational teams and senior stakeholders across the business.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Managing and developing a small finance team.
- Reviewing accounting work and ensuring accuracy across financial reporting.
- Authorising payments and overseeing key financial transactions.
- Preparing and reviewing client invoicing processes.
- Providing insight and analysis on business performance, profitability, and expenditure.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including systems and process enhancements.
- Contributing to wider finance projects and strategic business initiatives.
- Delivering ad-hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making.
About You
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment. You will ideally have:

- ACA qualification (or equivalent) ideally with some PQE in industry.
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar role.
- Strong ERP systems experience, ideally Sage X3 or a comparable platform.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
- A proactive approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Previous team management or supervisory experience.
- The ability to balance technical accounting responsibilities with commercial insight.
