Management Accountant
Management Accountant – Global Real Estate Firm (London Finance Team)
Equifind are partnering with a global real estate firm looking to hire a Management Accountant into their London finance team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking a broad, commercially focused role within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll gain exposure across:
- Financial reporting
- Business partnering
- Cash flow management
- Strategic decision-making
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including:
- P&L
- Balance Sheet
- Cash flow reporting
- Producing insightful financial analysis and management information to support:
- Business performance
- Investment decisions
- Partnering with:
- Asset management teams
- Property management teams
- Development and operational teams
- Monitoring cash positions:
- Preparing cash flow forecasts
- Managing funding requirements
- Supporting:
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Financial planning activities
- Preparing VAT returns and assisting with:
- Wider tax and compliance matters
- Coordination of year-end audits, acting as:
- Key point of contact for external auditors and advisors
- Managing relationships with outsourced finance providers
- Identifying opportunities to:
- Improve reporting processes
- Enhance finance controls
- Providing senior stakeholders with:
- Accurate and timely financial information
- Support for strategic decision-making

About You

Required:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Experience in a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, or similar role
Desirable:
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate findings clearly
- Experience preparing:
- Management accounts
- Cash flow forecasts
- Financial reporting
Preferred:
- Multi-entity and multi-currency reporting experience
- Availability to start within the next four weeks
What’s on Offer?
- Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 with annual bonus
- Pension: 8% employer contribution
