Equifind is partnering with a global real estate firm on the hunt for a Management Accountant to join their London finance team.

If you're a qualified accountant looking to step into a broad, commercially-minded role within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business, this is an opportunity worth serious consideration. You'll work closely with senior leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to financial reporting, business partnering, cash flow management, and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
  • Delivering sharp financial analysis and management information that shapes business performance and investment decisions
  • Business partnering with asset management, property management, development and operational teams across the organisation
  • Monitoring cash positions, preparing cash flow forecasts and managing funding requirements
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and wider financial planning activities
  • Preparing VAT returns and assisting with tax and compliance matters
  • Coordinating year-end audits and acting as the key point of contact for external auditors and advisors
  • Managing relationships with outsourced finance providers
  • Spotting opportunities to strengthen reporting, controls and finance processes
  • Providing senior stakeholders with accurate, timely financial information to support strategic decisions

  • ACA, ACCA, CA or CIMA qualification
  • Advanced Excel skills, plus experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle or SAP
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A track record preparing management accounts, cash flow forecasts and financial reports
  • Multi-entity and multi-currency reporting experience is a bonus
