Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making within the organisation.
- Manage monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to aid strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in monitoring cost controls and identifying areas for financial improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and support.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the accounting & finance department.

Profile
A Successful Management Accountant Should Have
- A recognised qualification in accounting or finance.
- Proven experience in management accounting ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
