Management Accountant
We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a thriving financial services business based in Altrincham. The ideal candidate will be qualified (or QBE), and looking to join a fast-paced and growing business.

A fast-growing financial services business with an impressive product offering and ambitious development plans.
Description
- Prepare management accounts and financial reports
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the budgeting and forecasting process
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis as required by senior management

Profile
- Qualified or qualified by experience
- Previous hands-on experience in a management accounts role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Strong drive for personal and professional success
- A keen interest in AI and automation. Experience with PowerBI/Query and Claude are beneficial
