Management Accountant
Management Accountant – 6 Months Fixed Term
We are currently partnering with a successful and growing business near Dundee to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational stakeholders, driving performance through insightful analysis, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver financial guidance and challenge
- Assist in the development and execution of financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial controls, and company policies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and efficiency

About You
- Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance position
- Strong understanding of management accounting, financial reporting, and business partnering
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with finance systems
- ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred (part-qualified candidates will also be considered)
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders across all levels of the business
