We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant within the Yunex Traffic UK business.

Responsibilities:

  • To partner the EVCI operations team in delivery of annual Targets
  • Ensure the EVCI area operates within the Financial procedures and policies of Yunex Limited.
  • Manage the invoicing function of the EVCI area.
  • Ensure the integrity of cost bookings to jobs and to ensure revenues are taken in line with Yunex Revenue Recognition policies.
  • Control Working Capital through efficient invoicing, management of Stock and work in progress and the collection of debts.
  • Preparation of annual Budget.
  • Preparation of Monthly Forecast.
  • Month end closing cycle.
  • Monthly review of Orders In Hand, Unbilled Contract Stock, Accruals and Prepayments.
  • Ensure ICFR requirements are adhered to at all times.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualified or working towards a recognised accountancy qualification. (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
  • Experience in a similar Finance Analyst/Management Accountant Role would be preferable but is not essential.
  • You will be capable of making decisions, be well organised and to be able to work methodically and accurately under pressure.
  • You must be able to manage, prioritise and allocate multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Challenge existing processes, models and IT tools and Models to drive efficiency.
  • Expert skills using Excel for Financial Reporting and a good working knowledge of all other MS Office Applications.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
  • A willingness to travel if required as the EVCI business is a national team.
