Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment have been engaged by a Private Equity backed renewables business to source a Management Accountant on a full time, staff basis. This newly created role will be based in Dyce with hybrid working and flexibility. Our client is highly acquisitive and continuing to expand its presence within the offshore wind sector. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development.
To be considered, you will have prior management accounting experience and a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Calculation of cost accruals and prepayments to ensure revenue and costs charged in a timely and appropriate manner
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Review of project profitability for accuracy
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Debtor review – supporting AR team to chase outstanding debt
- Cashflow planning support to the Finance Manager
- Supporting project forecasting
- Supporting system and process improvements
- Assist with ad-hoc projects
Background and Experience
- QBE, Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant
- Previous management accounting experience
- Experience of operating in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication & organisational skills
- High level of numerical and analytical skills
- Good IT skills - Excel and System experience are preferable
- Logical thinking
