Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed global technology consultancy seeking a high-calibre Management Accountant to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified professional looking to join a fast-paced, international business during an exciting period of growth.
The position will offer a broad exposure across financial reporting, management accounts, business partnering and process improvement, while working closely with stakeholders across the wider business.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting financial reporting
- Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
- Variance analysis and delivery of meaningful financial insights
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles
- Assisting with statutory audit requirements and year-end activities
- Driving improvements in financial controls, processes and reporting
- Supporting ad hoc analysis and commercial finance projects
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to support decision-making

The Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills
- Proven Management Accounts experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercially minded with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Ambitious individual looking to develop their career within a high-growth, PE-backed environment
