Job Title: Management Accountant
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
Location: Ebbw Vale
Contract Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week (Early finish every Friday)

We are an exceptionally stable and globally backed manufacturing business. Due to our continued success and sustained operations in the UK, we are looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join our team. We offer a supportive environment with excellent long-term progression routes for the right finance professional.
Role Overview
Reporting into local and international management, you will own the full accounting cycle from daily transactional activities through to monthly and yearly reporting. A critical focus of this role is the management of transfer pricing.

Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting & Month-End
- Sales Ledger: Raise sales invoices, prepare weekly sales reports, reconcile accounts receivable balances, and liaise with customers.
- Month-End Reporting: Complete comprehensive month-end processes including Sales, Cost of Sales (COS), cost analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Banking: Manage daily banking and cash postings, and raise payments as required.
- Journals: Process accruals, prepayments, inter-company interest calculations, and foreign exchange analysis.
Costing, Stock & Analysis
- Transfer Prices: Manage the updating, analysis, and distribution of transfer pricing (a highly critical component of this role).
- Stock Management: Prepare and analyse stocktakes and analyse stock obsolescence to propose financial actions.
- Variance Analysis: Analyse and investigate Purchase Price Variances
- Fixed Assets: Maintain and update the fixed asset register and related activities.
- Perform ad-hoc financial tasks and analysis to support the management team.

Audit & Compliance
- Assist with full financial year-end tasks, liaise with external auditors, and support the preparation of UK Statutory Accounts.
