Are you a qualified accountant who enjoys turning financial data into meaningful insight? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can challenge thinking, improve processes and support strategic decision-making?

We're looking for a talented Management Accountant to join our Finance team and play a key role in helping us deliver high-quality healthcare services to the communities we serve.

You'll provide financial leadership, support operational and strategic decision-making, and work closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders across the organisation. You'll also have responsibility for line managing our Junior Management Accountant team while supporting the continued development of financial processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Producing monthly management accounts and insightful financial reporting
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Supporting business performance through financial analysis
  • Partnering with operational leaders to drive informed decision-making
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Supporting finance systems enhancement and optimisation
  • Managing and developing junior team members

About You

You'll be:

  • Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
  • An experienced management accountant with strong analytical skills
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about transforming complex information into clear business insight
  • Proactive, organised and naturally curious
  • Driven to identify and implement improvements that add value

We are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not for profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient focused primary care services. IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.

Location: Ashford (Hybrid with the expectation of minimum 2 office days per week including Monday)

Hours per week: 37.5
