Aria Partners are delighted to be working with a growing family office that is looking to bolster its finance team with a new management accountant hire.

This is a broad and hands-on position with responsibility for the monthly management accounts process alongside budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting and finance systems. The role will work closely with colleagues in both the UK and Greece so Greek language skills are highly preferential.

The successful candidate will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and can identify potential issues rather than simply processing the numbers.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the monthly management accounts process including accruals, prepayments, variance analysis, intercompany reconciliations and management commentary
  • Produce clear and accurate reporting for senior stakeholders
  • Support the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes
  • Monitor cash requirements and understand the impact of activity across the balance sheet and cash flow
  • Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts and the year-end audit
  • Work closely with the external auditors and other professional advisers
  • Support the continued development and improvement of finance processes and controls
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards within Power BI
  • Investigate variances, resolve accounting issues and follow matters through to completion
  • Support wider finance projects and ad hoc reporting requirements as the business continues to grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
