Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst

Fellten Ltd — Battery & Energy Storage Technology, Bristol

Felten is a fast-growing battery and energy storage company building the technology behind the transition to clean power. We’re looking for a Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst to bring rigour, insight, and clarity to how we track costs, manage stock, and report performance across the business—helping both finance and non-finance teams make better decisions, faster.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting & Insight

  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial operations managers.
  • Produce ad hoc reports and analysis for senior management.

Cost & Project Accounting

  • Standard costing & variance analysis (tracking expected vs. actual costs for material, labour, and overhead across projects).
  • Work-in-progress (WIP) & stock valuation, including managing accounting for items on the shop floor and auditing physical vs. system stock.
  • Overhead absorption and allocation to specific projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
