Management Accountant – 12 Month FTC | Urgent Start | London
We are working with a London-based investment firm, part of a global group, to recruit an experienced Management Accountant on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an international business operating in the environmental and infrastructure investment space, offering exposure to group reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
The Role You will take ownership of the management accounting function, playing a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, and external stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities: Preparation of monthly management accounts Journal postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash management Preparation of group consolidation packs Supporting statutory accounts and tax processes Liaising with auditors and external advisers Managing invoicing and payment processes Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
About You Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience Strong experience preparing management accounts end-to-end Essential: IFRS experience (candidates without this cannot be considered) Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage, Xero etc.) Strong Excel and analytical skills Confident working independently and in a fast-paced environment
