Igne is seeking a Management Accountant (Qualified or Part Qualified)
Igne is seeking a Management Accountant (Qualified or Part Qualified) to join our Finance team in Ross-on-Wye. This is a full-time, permanent position that will require travel to other sites across the UK as required.
The Management Accountant is responsible for all aspects of management reporting and project control. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial insight while supporting the Financial Controller and collaborating closely with operational teams and project staff across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts to strict deadlines, with supporting analysis and variance investigation
- Reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts
- Liaising with operational staff to maintain accurate sales forecasts and margin analysis
- Monitoring and reporting on project performance against budget and forecast
- Development and maintenance of control spreadsheets to support project analysis
- Preparation of business cases for exceptional expenditure such as CAPEX
- Support the creation of annual budgets with department leaders, and monitor variances throughout the year

Qualifications
Qualified or Part Qualified
Person Specification
- Experience in a management accounting function
- Experience preparing management accounts from company records
- Experience preparing accounts from prime records
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Organised, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in excel and data analysis
