Management Accountant
The Management Accountant will join the Strategic Finance Team, supporting critical financial and operational functions across the Group. Key responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Preparation of monthly management accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Budget variance analysis, budget profiling, and reforecasting to assist decision-making.
- Management of treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
- Development of business plans and financial strategies to support Group objectives.
- Completion of financial regulatory returns in compliance with statutory requirements.

Accounting & Compliance
- Effective oversight of Group accounting records to ensure compliance with statutory and accounting obligations.

Financial Intelligence & Communication
- Delivery of high-quality management information tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive support to all Group departments and external partners, ensuring aligned service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:
- A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW) or substantial equivalent experience in a similar setting.
- Self-motivation and ambition, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including:
- Report writing proficiency.
- Time management and organisation abilities.
- Problem-solving expertise.
- A track record of leadership, ownership, accountability, influence, and commitment, with a record of collaborative impact.
- A customer-focused and objective-driven approach, prioritising clarity, efficiency, and responsiveness.
