About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing entertainment business that creates immersive experiences blending music, theatre and cinema. Having established itself as a major player in London's live entertainment scene, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth, including the launch of a flagship Central London venue in 2026.
This landmark destination will be a multi-purpose entertainment hub, featuring live events, a members' offering, food and beverage, curated retail, and creative workspace, all under one roof.
The Role
As the business continues to scale, we are seeking a commercially astute, proactive and adaptable Management Accountant. Working closely with the executive leadership team and the current finance lead, this role offers significant long-term progression and is designed to evolve into a key position within the finance function, ultimately reporting to the incoming Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

You will play a pivotal role in transforming complex, multi-revenue financial data into meaningful commercial insight, helping drive profitability across a diverse portfolio of revenue streams including live events, membership, hospitality, retail and workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis across multiple business units.
- Analyse and report on revenue streams including ticketing, memberships, hospitality, retail and commercial workspace.
- Support budgeting and forecasting alongside senior leadership, monitoring performance across both live productions and venue operations.
- Oversee cost control, cash flow, supplier payments, inventory and freelance-heavy payroll.
- Help develop scalable finance processes, systems and reporting as the business grows.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, tax requirements and audit preparation across multiple trading activities.

About You
- Fully qualified or finalist CIMA, ACCA or ACA with strong commercial experience.
- Previous experience within live events, entertainment, hospitality, festivals or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to operational and creative stakeholders.
- Strong Excel skills with experience using modern accounting systems such as Xero. Exposure to subscription, POS or billing systems is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where you'll help build processes and support continued expansion.
