About the Company & Role
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Management Accountant to support the scaling of a rapidly growing entrepreneurial cosmetics business. Operating multiple legal entities and channels across the UK and internationally, we are redefining beauty with a digitally native, consumer-centric model.
We are a small team achieving and targeting significant growth over the next 12–24 months, alongside ERP implementation, increased operational complexity, and first-year audit readiness.
This role will work closely with the Financial Controller and act as a key operational support within the finance function — owning the month-end process, maintaining balance sheet integrity, supporting business reporting, and helping build scalable finance processes and controls.
This is a great opportunity suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail, making things happen, and helping build a strong finance function in a rapid-growth environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
