Citadel Source is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our well-established client based in East Bristol.
About you
- You will be a hands-on and driven individual, with a strong work ethic and someone who takes pride in achieving their own goals and team goals.
- You will be committed and enthusiastic and be an excellent communicator who is able to work effectively as part of a team.
- You will be qualified or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA, with strong Excel skills.
- You will be collaborative and support the wider business on ongoing improvement projects.
- You will have previous experience in a similar role, particularly with month-end accounting and a strong understanding of core accounting principles.

The role
The Management Accountant will work closely with the Financial Controller, and together they will play a key role in making sure accurate and timely information is shared with stakeholders. They will also support the delivery of the monthly reporting requirements.
As a Management Accountant, your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Analyse variances against budgets and forecasts
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Partner with departments to support financial decisions
- Ensure accuracy, controls, and compliance in financial reporting
- Support the wider finance team during month-end procedures
- Contribute to process improvements and financial accuracy

What the client has to offer
- A salary level of £40,000 to £45,000
- Currently Fully Office Based
- Parking on site
