Profile
A Successful External Management Accountant Should Have
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Experience in residential property or BTR (Buy to Rent) understanding of rent rolls, service charges, and property KPI's
- Proven expertise in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Effective communication skills to explain financial data clearly.
