Job title: Management Accountant
Start: September to early October 2026
Duration: 15 months Fixed-term Maternity Cover
Reporting to: Head of Group Finance
Location: London (Hybrid)
Main responsibilities
- Oversee and support our offshore team on daily bookkeeping for all UK entities, include supplier invoices and staff expenses, sale invoices and credit control
- Review bank payments and reconciliations completed by Treasury
- Process pre-payments and accruals, monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Internal finance process monitoring and compliance
- Assist ASE's Investment team and UK Projects team on financial data analyses
- Support UK annual audit and statutory reporting
- Assisting with group budget and forecast
- Assisting group finance system change and implementation

Ad hoc duties
In addition to the key accountabilities outlined above, you may be required to undertake other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by management, provided they are within your capabilities and consistent with the scope of the role.
Requirements
- Part-qualified with minimum 3 year experience in industry or qualified by experience
- Experience in multi-currency general ledger
- Attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Office (in particularly Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex and multi-cultural business
- Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite is preferred
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Right to work in the UK
