Management Accountant

Marshall Volkswagen South Oxford

At Marshall Volkswagen South Oxford, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for an analytical, detail-oriented Management Accountant to join one of the UK’s most respected automotive groups.

In this role:

  • You’ll support the dealership leadership team with accurate and timely financial reporting, helping to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business.
  • You’ll produce management accounts, assist in forecasting, and handle queries on all financial matters within the dealership.
  • You’ll also lead a small team of accounts and admin colleagues, ensuring a high standard of work and consistent processes that align with divisional and group practices.

We're looking for:

  • Someone with an accountant qualification (or qualified by experience), ideally with a background in automotive retail – though this is not essential.
  • Someone with strong attention to detail, who can work independently and confidently take ownership of day-to-day finance activities.
  • Someone who can motivate and support their team while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business.
  • Most importantly, someone who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and upholding the values of professionalism and integrity.
