Management Accountant - CACI IIG (Information Intelligence Group)

About Us

As trusted partners to the UK Government and industry, the company has grown considerably to become one of the UK’s most well-respected technical consultancies. We support government departments to use information intelligently to make mission-critical decisions and advance the security, sustainability and prosperity for the UK. We work with the newest technologies, in a highly dynamic working environment that challenges and nurtures great talent.

As we continue to grow with revenue expected to generate approximately £100m in the coming year, we are looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join our finance team.

The Opportunity

The Management Accountant will be in more than just a pure reporting role, working closely with teams across IIG to:

  • Understand performance
  • Support decision-making
  • Build commercial awareness

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role within a small finance team of 5, producing accurate financial information while developing the skills needed to step into a more senior, business-facing role over time. Key responsibilities include:

Budgeting/Forecasting

  • Maintain financial forecasts for multiple IIG business streams
  • Keep forecasts current for monthly flash reporting and quarterly/annual target setting
  • Perform flash-to-actual variance analysis and reconcile management P&Ls
  • Coordinate project reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
