Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

About the Role
We’re seeking a Management Accountant – Revenue to act as the finance lead for our Property Care, Neighbourhood Management, Customer Experience and Back Office teams. Your role will involve delivering financial leadership and insight, ensuring services stay on track through robust:
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Reporting
- Financial performance monitoring
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with operational managers to provide regular financial updates
- Offering support and challenging performance against budget
- Authoring monthly management accounts with the Financial Reporting Manager
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Holding financial records’ integrity through reconciliations and issue resolution
- Driving improvements in reporting systems for quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information
- Mentoring and line managing our Finance Officer - Reporting

Requirements
We’re looking for a dynamic, responsible candidate with:
- Either a Fully Qualified Accountant status or advanced studies
- Proven experience in delivery of management accounts with clear, detailed analysis
- Collaborative working experience with operational teams
- Strong leadership, performance management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of group structures and hands-on experience with inter-company transactions
- Awareness of social housing regulation/compliance or experience in a regulated environment
- Familiarity with the latest accounting standards/financial SORPs
- Bonus point if you have experience with system upgrades
