We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant who loves digging into the detail but can also step back and see the bigger picture, turning numbers into insights that genuinely shape business decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Own and continuously improve Group Reporting processes
- Partner with stakeholders across the business, providing performance reviews and actionable changes
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight for non-finance teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively and "tell the story" behind the numbers
- Produce timely and accurate consolidated management accounts across multiple entities
- Deliver detailed variance analysis with clear, actionable insights
- Support the senior finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial systems
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment
- Able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and take ownership of key deliverables
- Experience managing a Finance Assistant, with the ability to support development

- ACCA / CIMA qualified Management Accountant
- Extensive experience in leading Group Reporting, including consolidated management accounts
- Ability to present, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders on financial decisions
- Excellent financial analysis and variance investigation skills
- Advanced Excel skills for modelling, reporting, and analysis
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
