As the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

- Prepare and review monthly management accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis to key stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for both internal and external purposes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
- Oversee and improve financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Support the year-end audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Provide financial guidance to support decision-making within the property sector.
