Let's talk about the role...

As a Management Accountant you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Finance team to successfully partner with senior management and key leadership figures to achieve great things together. Life will be fast-paced, engaging, creative, and rewarding.

You’ll:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts for companies in the Great Things Together Group
  • Support with daily bookkeeping duties alongside the rest of the team
  • Manage month-end procedures such as client WIP adjustments and department reporting
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Collate management packs to be presented to the board
  • Assist with year-end and statutory accounts for group companies, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting
  • Prepare weekly reports including staff analysis, chargeability, and performance packs
  • Confidently coach, develop, and train junior members of the team

  • Be nearly or newly qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), with either industry or practice experience.
  • Have proven experience within a similar role.
  • Be tech-savvy, with a knowledge of CCH desirable.
