Management Accountant

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Location: London | Hybrid Working

We're working with a rapidly growing, technology-led organisation that is transforming the way businesses operate on a global scale. Following a period of significant growth and continued investment, our client is looking to appoint their first in-house Management Accountant to strengthen the finance function.

This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious business where you'll work closely with senior leadership, influence financial processes, and play a key role in supporting future growth within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Management Accountant will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while supporting the day-to-day finance operations of the business. This is a varied position offering genuine responsibility, close collaboration with senior finance leaders, and the opportunity to introduce smarter, technology-driven ways of working within a growing organisation.

Role Highlights

  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
  • Lead the month-end close, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable, supplier payments, and corporate card reconciliations.
  • Take ownership of credit control and maintain a healthy debtor ledger.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through AI and automation.

You Will Need

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA part-qualified with relevant accounting experience.
  • Previous experience producing management accounts independently.
  • Strong knowledge of month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with an interest in finance technology, AI, and continuous improvement.
