Management Accountant – Multi-Site Hospitality
London | £60,000 per annum + benefits | Reporting to the Financial Controller
A growing, multi-site hospitality group is looking for a commercially sharp Management Accountant to own P&L analysis and management accounts across its London portfolio. You'll work closely with site operators and the Financial Controller, turning the numbers into real decisions — not just closing the books. Strong route to Financial Controller as the group scales.

The Role
- Prepare monthly management accounts for a portfolio of sites (journals, accruals, reconciliations)
- Produce site-level and consolidated P&L analysis with variance commentary vs. budget/forecast
- Partner with GMs and site operators on performance and cost drivers
- Report on key hospitality metrics: revenue, GP%, labour cost %, controllable costs
- Support budgeting/forecasting, tronc/service charge accounting, and month-end close
- Ad hoc project support to the FC, including new site openings and capex

About You
- QBE / part-qualified / qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Essential: hands-on hospitality, restaurant, hotel or comparable multi-site experience
- Confident partnering with non-finance stakeholders; strong Excel
