Company Overview

CORE POWER designs, integrates, and deploys ship-based nuclear energy systems, including:

Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious Management Associate to join our team at our headquarters in Chiswick. Reporting directly to our Chief Executive Officer, this office-based role offers unparalleled exposure to a rapidly expanding business, helping you develop key skills for strategic business roles. Through project involvement, attendance at board and senior management meetings, and immersion in core operations, you’ll gain insights into a high-impact organisation’s growth and leadership dynamics.

Ideal for a recent graduate with up to two years of professional experience—exclusively with an MBA from a top-tier business school—this role accelerates your career within a fast-moving, innovative sector. Job Requirements

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in project planning and execution.
  • Analyse market data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to board materials and high-level presentations.
  • Support the development of corporate strategy and key business decisions.
  • Take minutes in board and senior management meetings.
  • Track strategic priorities, ensuring commitment execution.
  • Coordinate initiatives sponsored by the CEO, including:
    • Cross-functional collaboration.
    • Management of confidential and high-priority projects.
  • Prepare detailed meeting briefs for:
    • Boardroom discussions.
    • Conferences.
    • Investor engagements.
  • Assist in arranging strategic and stakeholder meetings.
  • Propose optimisations in business operations.
  • Maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Create management reports and analytical insights.
  • Address customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO.

Educational and Experience Requirements

📌 Education

  • Must hold an MBA from a top-tier business school.

📝 Experience

  • Preferably with corporate experience, though not mandatory.
  • An advantage if you’ve worked in the shipping or energy sectors.
