The Opportunity
As a Management Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Running, growing, and managing all aspects of United Media
- Building and leading a world-class team
- Ensuring successful execution of conferences and strategy
- Driving the brand as the go-to for inspiration, knowledge, and networking

Responsibilities
- Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team
- Deliver outstanding products while establishing an ecosystem
- Set clear goals, expectations, and provide performance feedback
- Execute strategic growth at rapid speed
- Position the company’s brand as a leader in inspiration, knowledge, and networking
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budget constraints
- Align and delegate tasks across departments, monitor progress, and ensure goals are achieved
- Expand business with existing clients while working with teams on client acquisition

Requirements
+4 years of experience from a high-speed, work-ethic-driven environment, such as:
- Management consulting
- Investment banking
- Top-tier corporate or start-up setting
Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results, ideally followed by a MBA
- Strong commercial awareness with a passion for business
- Confident communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional results
Additional preference:
- Applicants holding a UK, EU, or US work permit are prioritised
