Management Associate
Are you an aspiring leader who wants to fast-track your path to a CEO or CXO role?
At United Media Group, we’re building the next generation of business leaders through our Management Associate program. A unique programme for people who want responsibility early on and are comfortable being pushed outside their comfort zone.
From day one, you will take full ownership of a core function within one of our portfolio companies. You’ll be responsible for:
- Tackling the toughest problems
- Making decisions
- Building processes
- Being accountable for results in a fast-moving environment.
Essentially, you’ll be gaining hands-on experience in what it actually takes to run and scale a company.
This programme, which runs for an average of two years, will support your development to become “CEO ready” in the fastest and most effective way possible. At the end of the programme, we’ll place you in a leadership role with the opportunity to step into a CEO position with significant equity within one of our portfolio companies.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for high-potential individuals with the ambition to step into a CEO role within a few years.
Typical backgrounds include:
- Top-tier MBA graduates
- Experience from management consulting or investment banking
- Experience from startups or other fast-moving environments
