Aerospace & Defence Management Consultant

Ready to work on large-scale transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence? We’re hiring a Management Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering complex transformation initiatives across defence organisations, aerospace manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.
What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a Management Consultant
- Working on large-scale business and operational transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence
- Owning and leading workstreams or modules within wider programmes
- Designing and implementing target operating models (TOMs)
- Working closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
- Supporting delivery through programme management, governance and risk management
- Running client workshops including problem-solving, innovation and requirements gathering
- Contributing to proposal development and internal capability building

About the Candidate
The right Management Consultant should have:
- Experience within Aerospace & Defence (essential)
- Background in consulting or industry delivering transformation programmes
- Strong experience in at least one area: Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Quality, Programme Delivery, Digital Engineering
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and own workstreams
- Understanding of technology-enabled transformation (digital, data, systems)
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
- Willingness to travel to UK client sites
