Role - Forward Deployed Management Consultant
Salary Range: £70k - £100k
SentiSum is the AI intelligence layer for customer experience. We turn customer voice from support tickets and calls into reviews and surveys, and then into a clear picture of what's driving cost, churn, and complaints. Some of the leading household consumer brands make sharper decisions about their customers using SentiSum.
But we don't really sell software. We sell the result: lower cost to serve, higher CSAT, fewer complaints. The platform is how we get there. The outcome is the point.
This role owns that outcome for a small number of strategic accounts. You sit alongside their team, get deep into their data, and turn it into decisions that move the numbers they care about. It's the work the best consultants do, except your recommendations actually ship, and you're there to see them land.

What you'll do
- Own two or three major accounts as their trusted partner.
- Get into their data, find what's driving cost, churn and complaints, and build the plan to fix it.
- Run the business reviews and working sessions that keep it moving.
- Drive adoption so the impact is real, not theoretical.
- Feed what these accounts need back into our product and AI roadmap.
You'll own the impact. You won't carry a quota.
Who you are
- You've done this kind of work before, as a consultant or in a client-facing delivery role where you owned outcomes for demanding enterprise clients.
- You're comfortable in data: not an engineer, but you can interrogate a dataset and turn it into a story.
- You can walk into a room with a client's senior leaders, run the conversation, and leave with a decision.
- You're curious about AI and can talk about it with substance.
- You'd rather go deep on a few accounts than manage a wide, shallow book.

Two backgrounds tend to work: a strategy consultant who got hands-on with data and product, or a technical delivery person with real client polish.
First six months
- Our top accounts see you as their most valuable partner.
- You've led at least one piece of work that moved a customer's numbers.
- The product team is building against needs you surfaced.
