Be Shaping the Future UK is a growing management consultancy specialising exclusively in Financial Services. Part of a leading pan‑European group, we partner with retail, commercial banks, payment providers and financial institutions to deliver complex change across strategy, operations, regulation, digital and data.
We are known for our people‑first, servant‑led culture and for developing consultants who combine deep financial services knowledge with strong delivery capability.
The Role

This role is suited to candidates who have 2–6 years’ experience in a management consultancy or a bank’s internal change/transformation function, and who have worked on client‑facing projects within retail, commercial or investment banking.
This role requires prior banking / financial services project experience. It is not a generalist consulting or project management position.

- Supporting delivery of financial services change programmes across business, operations, technology and regulatory initiatives
- Conducting business analysis, structured problem‑solving and impact assessments within banking environments
- Producing high‑quality client‑facing deliverables including analysis, requirements documentation and presentations
- Facilitating and supporting stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and drive clarity
- Supporting project and programme delivery activities, including planning, tracking progress, RAID management and reporting
- Building effective relationships with banking stakeholders, demonstrating confidence, professionalism and credibility
- Collaborating closely with Be colleagues, contributing to strong delivery standards and a positive team culture
- Contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing and recruitment activity, aligned to grade
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
