Drive transformation across the Aerospace & Defence sector.
A leading global professional services organisation is seeking an experienced Aerospace & Defence Management Consultant to join its growing consulting practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior consultant or industry professional to work with major aerospace, defence, and government organisations on complex transformation programmes. You will support clients in navigating industry disruption, modernising operations, improving performance, and adopting innovative technologies to create sustainable value.
Working at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational transformation, you will help shape solutions to some of the most important challenges facing the Aerospace & Defence sector.
The Opportunity
As a Management Consultant, you will take a leading role in delivering high-impact client engagements. You will manage teams, lead workstreams, engage senior stakeholders, and help clients translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading consulting teams delivering transformation projects across Aerospace & Defence clients.
- Owning major workstreams and project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes and commercial value.
- Structuring complex problems, analysing data, and developing practical recommendations.
- Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Supporting the implementation of solutions to deliver sustainable business improvements.
- Contributing to business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and market development.
- Coaching junior team members and supporting capability development.
- Helping shape consulting offerings, industry insights, and innovative solutions.
- Facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and collaborative problem-solving sessions.

About You
You will be an experienced consultant or Aerospace & Defence professional with a strong background in delivering complex change.
Requirements
You should have:
- 5+ years of client-facing management consulting experience within Aerospace & Defence, or 8+ years of industry experience delivering business transformation.
- Experience leading teams, workstreams, or complex programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership audiences.
- A degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Supply Chain Transformation
- Operational Excellence
- Manufacturing Improvement
- Quality Management
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Digital Engineering
- Complex Programme Delivery
- Defence and Aerospace Services
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting proposals, business development, or consulting growth activities.
- A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering measurable impact.
