The Role
Capco is seeking Operational Resilience and Cyber Risk professionals to join our growing FRRF capability. You’ll work across the financial services and energy sectors, advising clients on regulatory expectations like PRA and DORA, designing robust resilience frameworks, and implementing controls to close exposure gaps. This is a great opportunity to deliver mission-critical change and support high-value transformation programmes.
What You’ll Do
Deliver operational resilience assessments, scenario testing, and control implementations Support regulatory readiness across PRA, DORA, and other frameworks Evaluate cyber posture, third-party exposure, and vendor resilience Define and implement governance models, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms Guide tooling implementation and support cyber/tech resilience transformations
What We’re Looking For
Experience in operational resilience, cyber risk, and third-party risk across FS or Energy sectors Practical knowledge of IBS/ITOL calibration, scenario testing, and process mapping Ability to analyse and implement regulatory change and control remediation Strong collaboration skills to lead multi-disciplinary discussions across the business Clarity in communication, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
