What You’ll Do
- 1-on-1 Coaching: Guide students and professionals targeting roles in Management Consulting (strategy, operations, or generalist consulting roles)
- Recruiting Insight: Share first-hand perspectives on consulting recruitment processes, including case interviews, fit/behavioral rounds, and problem-solving assessments
- Case Interview Preparation: Conduct mock case interviews and provide structured feedback on frameworks, communication, and problem-solving approach
- Resume & Story Refinement: Guide candidates in crafting consulting-ready resumes and compelling personal narratives for fit interviews

Who We’re Looking For
Professional Background:
- Experience in Management Consulting (MBB, Tier-2, or boutique firms)
- Relevant Roles: Current or former Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals
- Case Interview Expertise: Familiarity with case interview formats (profitability, market entry, M&A, operations, etc.)
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise communicators who can break down complex problems into structured, teachable components
- Mentorship Mindset: Detail-oriented, consistent, and committed to providing actionable, high-quality feedback
