Key Responsibilities

Depending on your specific role, you’ll contribute to some or all of the following tasks:

  • Supporting our recruitment team, covering candidate sourcing to interview prep for junior hires and high-potential candidates
  • Cultivating and maintaining key industry relationships (e.g., working with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and co-founders of major companies like Airbnb and Starbucks)
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies, including social media and content creation
  • Conducting data analysis, interpreting results, and synthesising actionable insights

  • Demonstrated leadership through part-time work or extracurricular activities
  • A strong academic record, with either an outstanding bachelor’s degree or confirmation of outstanding progress this year

Starting Date: January 2024 Work Arrangement: Fully in-person at our London office (Victoria Station). No remote working options.
