Key Responsibilities
Depending on your specific role, you’ll contribute to some or all of the following tasks:
- Supporting our recruitment team, covering candidate sourcing to interview prep for junior hires and high-potential candidates
- Cultivating and maintaining key industry relationships (e.g., working with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and co-founders of major companies like Airbnb and Starbucks)
- Developing and executing marketing strategies, including social media and content creation
- Conducting data analysis, interpreting results, and synthesising actionable insights

Our Criteria for Success
We’re looking for ambitious, detail-oriented professionals who share our entrepreneurial spirit. Specifically, we expect:
- An unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency
- Dedication to excellence across all tasks
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
- Demonstrated leadership through part-time work or extracurricular activities
- A strong academic record, with either an outstanding bachelor’s degree or confirmation of outstanding progress this year
- Analytical thinking that translates data into impactful decision-making
Starting Date: January 2024 Work Arrangement: Fully in-person at our London office (Victoria Station). No remote working options.
