Responsibilities (varies by role)
You’ll be immersed in building and scaling companies, with core tasks including:
- Recruitment support – full-cycle candidate sourcing, Michael to interviews
- Key industry connections – developing and maintaining relationships with CEOs, entrepreneurs (e.g., tech co-founders such as Airbnb’s early leadership)
- Marketing & Social Media – content creation, executing and managing strategy
- Data analysis – extracting insights, processing, and presenting results clarity

Expectations
We’re looking for high achievers who share our passion for maximising potential. Key requirements include:
- Or on track to complete a bachelor’s degree with exceptional results
- Demonstrated drive through:
- Part-time roles
- Extracurricular activities
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Unmatched attention to detail
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills (Note: Your ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and drive results is every bit as critical as these formal criteria.)
Starting date: January 2024 Engineering:
- Running Monday to Friday from our office (located in zone 1, close to Victoria station)
- No remote work options available for non-United Media associates.
