Your Responsibilities

Depending on your chosen role, interns help build and scale companies by engaging in roles like:

  • Supporting our recruitment function, covering candidate sourcing to interviews
  • Building and maintaining valuable connections with industry leaders such as CEOs, entrepreneurs, and co-founders (e.g., Airbnb, Starbucks)
  • Creating marketing and social media content, developing and executing strategies
  • Performing data analysis, interpreting findings, and presenting insights

What We Expect From You

We’re looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals who embody our entrepreneurial spirit:

  • Unwavering work ethic with a relentless drive to excel

  • Passion for building startups and scaling ventures
  • Academic excellence: Must have (or be close to completing) a bachelor’s degree with outstanding results
  • Practical exposure: Experience from part-time jobs or extracurricular activities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Analytical problem-solving skills

Work Arrangements

Monday – Friday, working from our London office (near Victoria Station). No remote work is currently offered.
