Your Responsibilities
Depending on your chosen role, interns help build and scale companies by engaging in roles like:
- Supporting our recruitment function, covering candidate sourcing to interviews
- Building and maintaining valuable connections with industry leaders such as CEOs, entrepreneurs, and co-founders (e.g., Airbnb, Starbucks)
- Creating marketing and social media content, developing and executing strategies
- Performing data analysis, interpreting findings, and presenting insights

What We Expect From You
We’re looking for driven, enthusiastic individuals who embody our entrepreneurial spirit:
- Unwavering work ethic with a relentless drive to excel
- Ownership & initiative – takes responsibility, follows through, and proactively shapes outcomes
- Passion for building startups and scaling ventures
- Academic excellence: Must have (or be close to completing) a bachelor’s degree with outstanding results
- Practical exposure: Experience from part-time jobs or extracurricular activities
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical problem-solving skills

Work Arrangements
Monday – Friday, working from our London office (near Victoria Station). No remote work is currently offered.
