Your Responsibilities
You’ll be part of building and scaling companies, with responsibilities including:
- Supporting our recruitment function, from:
- Candidate sourcing
- Key conversations with potential hires
- Building and maintaining relationships with:
- CEOs
- Industry pioneers (e.g., co-founders of Airbnb, Starbucks, etc.)
- Creating, implementing, and managing marketing and social media (SoMe) strategy:
- Content development
- Social media content production
- Conducting data analysis, including:
- Extracting key data
- Interpreting results
- Communicating insights

What We Expect from You
We’re looking for candidates with an unparalleled work ethic and a high sense of urgency. Your skills and mindset should include:
- A relentless drive to excel—you want to be the best at what you do

- A humble yet passionate approach to building and scaling businesses
- Requirements:
- Current or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and outstanding results
- Experience from:
- Part-time work
- Extracurricular activities
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Starting Day
January 2024
- Work on-site Monday–Friday (located next to Victoria Station)
- We do not offer remote working options.
