Job Description
We’re seeking a Management Information Analyst for our Retail Annuities team. This hands-on, technical role focuses on leveraging data to inform business strategy through collaboration across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality management information to business stakeholders
- Writing SQL queries to extract and combine data from multiple sources
- Building and maintaining datasets from scratch
- Translating stakeholder requirements into data solutions
- Producing analysis for pricing, sales, and operational decisions
- Improving reporting processes and data quality
- Supporting cross-team data challenges, both in BAU reporting and projects

Requirements & Skills
Essential
- Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets
- Advanced Excel proficiency (including pivot tables and lookups)
- Experience building datasets and transforming data
- Proven track record in delivering MI or reporting outputs
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Confident stakeholder communicator
Desirable (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools or Snowflake
