Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your expertise in management and leadership could help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and human dynamics at work?

We're looking for experienced management instructors and educators to evaluate AI-generated reasoning on leadership, teams, and organizational structure. Your insights will directly improve how AI systems think about the real-world complexities of managing people and organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
  • Evaluate the quality of reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
  • Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic workplace scenarios
  • Provide clear, structured feedback to strengthen AI managerial reasoning
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
  • Deep understanding of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice
  • Able to critically assess decision-making, tradeoffs, and strategic reasoning
  • Strong written communication skills — you can explain your evaluations clearly and concisely
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
  • Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
