Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)
About the Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help train the next generation of AI systems. Your expertise in organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about the workplace — making a real impact on one of the most important applications of modern AI.
Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and logical soundness
- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed logic, or weak decision-making frameworks
- Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the quality of AI managerial reasoning
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management principles
- Skilled at critically evaluating decision-making processes and strategic tradeoffs
- Comfortable reviewing and assessing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have:
- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Hands-on leadership, operations, or executive experience in industry
- Prior exposure to AI content evaluation or annotation workflows
