Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about the complex, real-world challenges managers and leaders face every day.

Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
- Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
- Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic recommendations
- Provide clear, structured feedback to strengthen AI's managerial reasoning capabilities
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your own pace

Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
- Strong grounding in organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice
- Sharp analytical skills — you can spot weak reasoning and explain why it falls short
- Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and evaluating decision-making tradeoffs
- Self-directed and reliable when working on independent, task-based projects

Nice to Have
- MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
- Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational strategy
- Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
