Management & Leadership Instructor

Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your years of teaching leadership and organizational behavior could help shape how AI understands the way businesses and teams actually work?

We're looking for experienced management instructors to evaluate AI-generated reasoning on leadership, decision-making, and organizational structure. Your expert judgment will directly improve how AI systems think about the challenges real managers face — making a meaningful impact on one of the fastest-moving fields in technology.

Organization: Alignerr (Powered by Labelbox) Type: Hourly / Task-Based Contract Location: Fully Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

  • Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for logical soundness and real-world accuracy
  • Evaluate AI reasoning related to:
    • Team dynamics
    • Incentive structures
    • Organizational design
  • Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic management recommendations
  • Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI systems reason more like seasoned leaders
  • Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule, at your pace

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
