About the Role
This is a full-time entry-level opportunity tailored for someone eager to build a career in customer engagement, team leadership, and business management.
- No prior experience is required
- Backgrounds in customer service, retail, or hospitality are beneficial but not essential
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting promotional campaigns and customer engagement projects
- Representing clients with product/service demonstrations to build trust and awareness
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships through genuine human connections
- Participating in training and coaching for professional development
- Contributing to team meetings, onboarding new members, and mentoring progressors
- Working towards performance-driven goals with clear career progression

Compensation Package
- Annual OTE range: £29,000 – £45,000+
