Management Development Programme – Customer Engagement & Team Leadership (Entry Level)

About the Role

This is a full-time entry-level opportunity tailored for someone eager to build a career in customer engagement, team leadership, and business management.

  • No prior experience is required
  • Backgrounds in customer service, retail, or hospitality are beneficial but not essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting promotional campaigns and customer engagement projects
  • Representing clients with product/service demonstrations to build trust and awareness
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships through genuine human connections
  • Participating in training and coaching for professional development
  • Contributing to team meetings, onboarding new members, and mentoring progressors
  • Working towards performance-driven goals with clear career progression

Compensation Package

  • Annual OTE range: £29,000 – £45,000+
