We are a successful family-owned vehicle rental company, looking for motivated individuals to join our Management Programme. Designed to fast-track your development, this exciting opportunity will provide the skills, experience and support needed to progress into running your own branch.
This isn’t just a job – it’s the start of a long-term career where you’ll learn every aspect of the business, take on real responsibility from day one, and make a genuine impact within a growing organisation.
You will gain hands-on experience across all areas of branch management, developing the operational, commercial and leadership skills required to become a successful Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning all aspects of running a successful vehicle rental branch
- Supporting and leading a small customer-facing team
- Managing daily branch operations and customer service delivery
- Handling bookings, rental agreements and vehicle logistics
- Monitoring vehicle availability, fleet condition and vehicle turnaround times
- Building long-term customer relationships and identifying opportunities to generate new business leads
- Driving sales performance and promoting additional products and services
- Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Developing an understanding of branch performance, profitability and commercial decision-making
- Taking on increasing levels of responsibility as part of your management development journey

Training and Development:
- Structured onboarding programme covering vehicle rental operations
- Shadowing and learning from experienced Branch Managers
- Commercial awareness and fleet management training
- Leadership and people management development programme
- Regular performance review, coaching and feedback
- Step-by-step increase in responsibility and autonomy
- Clear progression pathway towards full Branch Manager role

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience leading in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting (such as retail, food retail, hospitality or a similar environment preferred)
- Confidence interacting with customers and colleagues at all levels and building strong working relationships
- Ambition to build long-term management career
- A positive, energetic and proactive attitude
- Sales-focused experience leading and growing a team is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
- Full UK driving licence
- Eligible to work in the UK
- GCSE qualifications are a plus
